Since the beginning of 2019 Chatsbrook have been catapulted to success. In quarter 1 we witnessed the highest influx of new clients since Chatsbrook began its journey back in 2016. As an industry and since the start of 2019 the Asset Finance sector has seen 9% growth and we have definitely noticed!

With the high volume of transactions we have conducted within the Asset Finance Sector, naturally, we have been a tad rushed off our feet!

But we don’t mind!!

In fact, we have been involved in a lot of exciting projects which have involved supporting businesses within our local community. To illustrate just how wonderfully busy we have been, we thought that we would choose our top three favourite contracts that we have been a part of this quarter!

Firstly, we arranged a whopping £100k worth of funds for a local scaffolding business in order to assist them with their business growth plans.

Secondly, we supported the purchase of two Wacker Neuson Dumpers for an Equipment Hire Business.

Thirdly, we helped a local grounds care business which started 18 months ago to acquire 2 Mini Diggers which shall be utilised on the ‘Sandringham Estate’.

What these projects have enlightened us to is the growing need for local businesses to cater to a wide variety of jobs. Subsequently, there is a demand for businesses to have unlimited access to top-of-the-range assets. In recent years, Chatsbrook have definitely seen an increase of diversification within industries, which proves that assets are being monetized in different ways. It is this passion for versatility that we take pride in supporting within our local community.
