As a growing company, we are aware that there is a plethora of options and choices that each individual is faced with every day. This is definitely true of finance, for instance which company will you use to help finance your vehicle? Which plan will really work for you? Do these people really understand your needs as a customer?
We understand these dilemmas and by providing personalised services, we put the customer first every time.
You are probably thinking "Well what sets Chatsbrook apart from any other company?".
I strongly believe that it is sincerity. We are always upfront with our customers and are devoted to creating good working relationships with them.
Throughout the entirety of this blog, we not only hope that you feel enlightened about the work we do, but we hope that it comes across in a way that you know that we are just humans too.
So without further ado, as a fellow human, it is only fair that I introduce myself.
My name is Scarlet, I am a full-time student at the University of East Anglia studying 'Society, Culture and Media'. Having taken modules in Journalism, philosophy and Politics I realised the extent of my passion of learning and writing. Recently, I have had the honour of becoming a Chatsbrook's employee as a Digital Marketing Assistant, which enables me to intertwine my two passions together. As someone who has never worked within the sphere of finance I am looking forwards to learning the ropes, building relationships with customers and writing about the products and services available to you. There is a myriad of options available, I am proud to report that you and I will be learning about the business and all it offers together.
Ultimately throughout my experience here, my aim is to write in a way which can be understood both by the expert and by the amateur. This is to ensure that each blog is enraptured in clarity, honesty and personality.
