Investing In the Business For the Future
Navigating a global pandemic, running a business and launching Brand Partnerships all whilst enrolled on to the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme (10KSB) at Oxford University, Adrian Brooks took it all in his stride and is proud to announce his completion of the internationally renowned Goldman Sachs course.
"The 10KSB programme initially began in January earlier this year, whilst there have been commercial challenges, we remained adaptive and the whole experience was genuinely enlightening and rewarding.
From the offset, the programme provided highly valuable insights and equipped me with appropriate tools, processes and direction to build upon our already solid foundations to enhance future growth projections.
Further, it enabled the opportunity for me to take a step back and objectively assess each individual component of the business critically. It was an immersive and transformative experience-in fact it has taught me more than I ever imagined when I first enrolled!
One of the most rewarding elements was that I had the pleasure of meeting like-minded, talented and determined individuals from businesses all around the UK. We have since built an incredible network of colleagues dedicated to supporting one another with our wealth of knowledge and expertise!
Going forwards, I am excited. The future looks prosperous for Chatsbrook as we start to expand our products and services, grow our team and continue to conduct business without compromising on our core values.
